Different every time, but structured similarly enough that you'll get the hang of it in no time. Think of it like a scaled down crossfit. All movements may be easily modified to all fitness levels.

Vinyasa in Sanskrit means “specially sequenced” and this class is just that— especially sequenced at the discretion of our highly qualified instructors. Each class will emphasize different aspects of physical movement, yoga philosophy, and strategies for moving meditation. Taught in mild heat and humidity. A mat is needed for participation, a water bottle and towel are highly recommended— bring your own or rentals are available.
Hot vinyasa is a blend of poses from the 60-minute hot sequence we know and love with flowing sequences pairing breath to movement derived from vinyasa styles of yoga. This class format builds strength and flexibility in both mind and body, and allows a deep release of muscle tension thanks to the heat and humidity. All levels are welcome and modifications are always offered in order to increase or decrease difficulty level.
A gentle version of a Vinyasa practice with longer holds in standing postures and slow, deep floor postures that open up the joints and soft tissues. Each class will emphasize various aspects of physical movement, yoga philosophy, and support for moving meditation. Taught in mild heat and humidity. A mat is needed for participation, a water bottle and towel are highly recommended-bring your own or rentals are available. An excellent practice for all levels of yoga practitioners.
A very gentle, unheated practice. Targets the joints and soft tissues. This practice Is largely done on the floor with lots of props and longer holds. An excellent beginner practice.
Chair Yoga is a welcoming class for all bodies. It is a great fit for people who have trouble getting up and down to the floor, who need a little extra support with balance, who are recovering from injury, or who just want to try something different.
Expect some challenge and some relaxation, with options to stay seated in the chair or to stand and work with the chair as a support.
